Servicecare are looking to recruit a Contact Centre / Sales advisor to join their busy team on a 5 over 7 shift. The duties and responsibilities will include the following:-

Overall Job Function

The role will involve dealing with sales enquiries, customer queries and complaints via telephone or on a sales platform such as eBay, Amazon, On Buy or on our own website

Responsibilities:-

  • Convey a professional telephone manner to all customers at all times
  • Answer all sales queries and returns questions via marketplace messages, phone or email
  • Liaise with courier companies about delivery and/or collection of customers’ orders
  • Provide active return avoidance with trouble shooting and basic technical support
  • Manage own case load to provide end to end resolutions for customers
  • Carry out any reasonable and appropriate tasks as directed by the Manager.
  • Be aware of, and work in-line with all Health and Safety procedures
  • At all times operate within the procedures laid down in the Company’s Operational Procedures Manual

Position Requirements

  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and to produce quality results within agreed timescales.
  • Ability to interact with different people and departments
  • GCSE’s grade A to C or equivalent
  • Be smart and well presented in general appearance.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail

Position Desirable Skills

  • A-Levels Grade A to C
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office package or equivalent
  • Knowledge of online sales platforms such as eBay & Amazon
  • Previous high volume call centre experience

General

  • Ensure the company is presented in the best possible light at all times
